The tone in this image is mainly dark however aspects of light tone shades frame on the face. Even the though the tone is dark, the context produces this in a positive light as the man is smiling. I like this image because I like how the tone ranges from extreme dark to quite light. For example, his beard is think black at the bottom and his nose is light grey entering white. The centre of the mans glasses are almost complete black and at the top of the lens there are lines of white. I like the mixture.
The tone in this image is bright, this being the leaves. However the water is very dark and dull. This to me shows a contrast within the natural world, the leaves are healthy and fresh whereas the water is dingy and has most likely been there a long time if it is in fact a river like I think instead of a puddle. I like this picture because I like the thoughts it produces which have been stemmed from the formal element of tone.
The tone in this image is dim and I think this is quite subtle and aesthetically pleasing, it also highlights the white in the image which is significant within weddings. I like this picture because I think it is very sweet and emotional and highlights a small aspect of a wedding (cutting the cake) and adds a lot more meaning to it.
The tone in this picture is both dim and bright however it is quite a pure color and I really love its tone. Furthermore, I really like this picture because of its pure tone, which for me represents serenity and a calm area which again I like.
The tone in this image is black and white and quite dark. This gives the feeling that the image is trying to represent how deserted the area is, despite the boats. Or it could represent possible brokenness, or just general loneliness even when people are around. I like this image because I think it displays a lot of emotion, mainly because of the tone used.
The tone in this image is quite light and I think it shows a person trying to gain attention and this acts as an oxymoron to the context of the image as the girl has 'silence' taped over her mouth. I like this image as I feel it is addressing issues. The brightness also makes her outline hard which could reflect how she is a living person and has place within this world which again acts as an oxymoron to her plea of silence.
